Quality manual (template) (ISO/TS 16 949 readiness)

The quality management system of our organization is in conformity with the international specification ISO/TS 16 949. In order to facilitate the comparison of this system to the specification, the subclauses of this manual follow the clauses and subclauses of this specification.

The Quality Management System is established, documented and implemented and its effectiveness is increased permanently:

- Processes are identified, their interactions defined

- The process effectiveness criteria are established, the steps for their improvement defined

- The needed resources are available, the pilots of the processes are appointed

- The processes are monitored, the objectives are established and analysed

- The actions for obtaining process improvement are established and implemented

Top management defines the quality policy in a written declaration. This declaration is posted at some key places, to be seen by the personnel and the customers.

Subcontracting does not have any own product, its manufacturing processes are not original and it must face a world competition. In this extremely difficult economic context, we must be conscious that:

- The service that we bring to our customers is our own product our success passes imperatively by customer satisfaction who is waiting a faultless performance.

I entrust Mr. Martin, our quality manager, any authority to implement our quality policy and to take the actions necessary to satisfy the quality requirements of our customers. This policy is based on a permanent improvement of our organization, our equipment, our knowledge thanks to the participation and involvement of everyone in the organization. Our quality manual is the engine of this permanent progress and the reflection of daily management of the organization around the 4 axes.

The management representative, Mr. Martin, quality manager, has the authority to ensure that the quality management system is defined, implemented and maintained in conformity with ISO/TS 16 949 specification's requirements. He can stop product realization if quality problems occur.
